Valle dell'Asso Jonico Negroamaro Salento IGP

The Jonico is a red of Negroamaro grapes with a ruby red color and a good consistency. On the nose are typical hints of Negroamaro , such as blackberry, violet and macerated sour cherries. There is light hint of wood, typical of short aging 2nd and 3rd use barriques. On the palate the wine is fresh and persuasive with strong tannins, without being aggressive. Ideal for the whole meal.
